Believe it or not, Parker is already one month old! He is a sweetie, but he has had a rough first month of life. His antibiotic (a prescription he's had to take due to the kidney reflux) has taken a huge toll on his digestive system. It has caused him to be very uncomfortable most of the time and quite sick to his stomach.
We are anxious for our appointment at Scottish Rite Children's Hospital on Thursday. This is the long-awaited ultrasound and VCUG (x-ray of urine flow and kidney function), and we hope to get an update on his situation and some marching orders/next steps. We meet with the surgeon right after the procedures, so please keep up the prayers!
Happy one month birthday, little boy! We look forward to finding out who you are and what your personality will be as you grow and change! We love you.
