Parker? Or Puppy?

So, we had just come in from playing in the snow, and Thomas and I look over to find our puppy--I mean, SON -- licking the tracked in snow off our floor. It was really gross, but really funny at the same time. So, of course I tried to capture it on film...rather than worrying about the various illnesses Parker might contract from the dirty snow and floor.

This poor kid needs to finish getting his teeth, so cold snow on the floor can be just that...cold snow on the floor...vs. GUM RELIEF!

Valentine's

We had a wonderful family Valentine's yesterday! It started with remembering God's greatest gift of love at church...and ended with a delicious candlelight supper of homemade chicken picatta. Turner got a kick out of the candles and was delighted that her Daddy sent us some beautiful tulips!

We had a snow day on Friday! Schools were cancelled and my two tots stood at the window watching for snow most of the morning. Mercifully, it did come, and upon waking from her nap, Turner found a winter wonderland outside.

Daddy got home early, and we worked on a little snow "baby." (To say snowMAN would be generous!) Turner ended up snacking on the poor thing's carrot nose and grape eyes as the afternoon playing wore on, but it was fun anyway!

The day was perfect and ended with a big fire and pallet as we watched the Olympic opening ceremonies. Funny that GA got more snow than Vancouver! :)
