Little Boy, Little Boy

My little guy got his first real haircut yesterday! He did so good (thanks to a delicious lollipop!), and today as he toddled around, he seemed so grown up. Where does the time go?

Trucker and Rockstar

One of Parker's favorite activities: "Driving" the dump truck!
Our Rockstar! (Turner had a birthday party this weekend, where she made her own guitar and microphone -- right up her alley!)

Old Maid!

Aunt Niki drawing and Turner fearing the worst!
Winners!!!

We have been enjoying family game nights lately! The other night when Aunt Niki was in town was no exception.

We recently introduced Turner to "Old Maid," and she is really kind of scared of the one-dimensional card character, so she always begs to play "teams." (Note that she will quickly abandon you and defect to your opponent's team, if you should unluckily draw the Old Lady).

Thankfully, Aunt Niki pulled out a win!!!

Snow Day!

Friday was a "snow day" here in Atlanta. We only got a dusting, but Turner was thrilled and determined to make the most of it! We had little snow angel wings all over the backyard by 9am.
(It was very icy and not a great day for driving, so we made the most of the day with a fun pizza party with two other families in the neighborhood).

Now Turner keeps asking when we can have another snow day! :)

Her Block House

Parker got some cool blocks from Santa this year! We've had fun creating with them, and tonight Daddy built Turner a house she could fit in (her request!).
Notice her choice of pjs -- it is nearly snowing outside it's so cold! :) ...Of course, she's only feet away from a delightful fire in this picture.

Blackmail Photo

This is too funny not to post, but I will apologize to my sweet MANLY son in advance!!!
Yesterday after naps, he was playing around (sans pants). He picked up Turner's bright pink "duster," and was circling the kitchen. Check out the chunky thighs and enjoy a good laugh at this scene! :) I did!
